The patio is for drinks only while you wait for your table. No food service on the patio.no pets in the restaurant.
Yes
Yes they do
I'm not able to comment on that. My husband I just do lunch there.
Call ahead to be sure there's going to be a table available
Best Mexican restaurant I've been to. Such a variety...really different flavors. Excellent service. We loved it.
My first time at this restaurant. Stopped by for lunch and ordered two beef taco combination plate. Service was good and the server kept our drinks full. The tacos were good as well as the rice and beans. The owner was out talking to all of the diners table by table. I will return to dine again.
Awesome place to stop and get some great food and drinks. Definitely try one of their amazing margaritas. The food is really good.
My wife and I have returned for a second time. Had a second great experience! Food and service was amazing. Very attentive, polite and respectful staff. Atmosphere is light and comforting. Has a small bar in restuarant off to side. The Margaritas are fantastic! Is a great place for dates and kids. The food was also really great. Start to finish an excellent experience. Thought it would be tacky and toursty but just authentic and great! Very cute and inviting on the outside. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone in the area or visiting. The staff were so helpful and polite it made the experience wonderful! Will most definitely be going again and again.
This restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious, the staff treats you like family, it was had to choose what to eat with all options, the atmospheric was perfect, the portions were huge. The view is beautiful. So glad I spotted this place while driving Highway 1.
It was the worst place I've ever been to. My margarita was awful I paid 29$ for lobster raviolis they where awful n salty I will not be coming back to this place ever and will not recommend it to anyone
Super high prices! Fish tacos $20. Chips weren't even warm. Rude staff.
Service here is fantastic and the food is wonderful. Once the owner came and introduced himself and was great with my 2 year old. The owner even gave us a lottery ticket!
We have been here many times before just a little off today, could be because they were closed for so long, the food was okay the wait to order was 25 minutes way to long, I'm hoping that they will rebound quickly
I've driven by this place my whole life always saying I need to go here sometime. Finally I actually stopped. The plates are large and served hot. Large selection to choose from on the menu, including fish. Very cute enclosed patio and large outdoor dining space. The staff was very attentive. Overall nice experience.
Nice atmosphere, good food, good service etc. My second or third visit and am likely to return.
They have a lot of outdoor seating. The food seems to be made with fresh ingredients. My tacos were awesome: the quality ingredients made it a very satisfying meal. Two tacos didn't sound like much (since I spent hours kayaking), but my meal had generous portion sizes and the side of rice was good. I made my two tacos into four tacos :) See attached photo.
Food was great. Good chimichunga. Not full of just meat and rice
Service was exceptional. Very attentive. Our glasses were never empty. Had the veggie stuffed relleno with mole sauce delicious! Going back soon!
Serving fantastic margaritas and magnificent Mexican and seafood dishes.
Plants outside were beautiful. Somewhat disappointed over the enchiladas. The shrimp one was shrimp wrapped in the tortilla but no cheese anywhere & red sauce on top no filling other then shrimp. The crab enchilada was the same. Very plain no cheese. No effort went into making them. Prices very pricy. Must be for tourists. I expected $23 plate of two enchiladas to at least be authentic.
Interior nice and service is good.Corona tasty as always.Taco was tasty but 3 of them for $20 bit overpriced. Other food/seafood is good for people who likes deep fried food in old oil (personal perception of taste of the oil).
The refined beans were cold, no salsa &chips Other tables got them,& we had to ask for salsa
Alittle lunch after Monterey delicious!!!!
Upscale Mexican restaurant at Moss Landing. Very nice view of sail boats outside the restaurant which is near the water, Fast service, a bit pricey but quality is very good. Had Oaxaca Tamale for lunch, as shown in the photo. Very unique taste. Sweet, flavorful sauce over tamale. Chicken was done nicely, tender and juicy.
This is an utterly charming restaurant with more interesting entrees to choose from than is normally seen. The mole salsa was extraordinary and unique. The owner, Ray, comes around to personally talk to patrons and it's evident he knows many of them well. I had one of the specials, lobster raviolis that were homemade and delicious, my husband had one of the house specialties. Definitely a place to return to and try something new.
Awesome specials, great outdoor seating and service.
My grandpa and I had lunch here today and the food was amazing!! Everyone was social distancing and wearing a mask if they weren’t seated. I had the prawn and avocado soup and I wish I would of ordered more to go!! Get food to go or eat out on the patio. I forgot to mention the margarita don’t forget to order one.
Fantastic. Oysters 222, and the "Whole Enchilada" are amazing. Great service. Cadillac Margarita.... Love the salsa, not a fan of the chips BUT that is because I'm particular. Everyone I know loves them.
Took forever to bring our drinks. Receive food not as described.Manager was a joke. Food was good, but the bad experience killed the mood. Will never eat there again.
The hostess was nice and seated me where requested. My server started out ok and then just disappeared for about a half hour. Had to ask for the check and drink refills. Had the all-crab version of seafood enchiladas ($27.50). The crab was canned Dungeness which might be okay except it was dry and bland. The enchiladas had been sitting for a bit and were tepid. They were lightly covered with a dark sauce kind of like mole sauce that had dried on the corn tortillas. There was no seasoning, cheese, or sauce inside the enchiladas. It came with rice and beans on the side. The rice was good. The beans had dried out under the heat lamps. For the price, this was not a great deal.
Had a great experience! Food and service was amazing. Very attentive, polite and respectful staff. Atmosphere is light and comforting. Has a small bar in restuarant off to side. Is a great place for dates and kids. The food was really great all of it. Start to finish. Very cute and inviting on the outside. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone in the area or visiting. The staff were so helpful and polite it made the experience wonderful! Will most definitely be going again!
Fun Mexican restaurant specializing in seafood. Quaintly decorated in bright colors with a lovely courtyard and entry way. There is seating at the small bar or tables. It looks like they probably have covered outdoor seating during the summer months. There are a few vegetarian options but for Vegans there is only a hose salad, which was actually quite good. It was a mix of fresh greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and artichoke. It's a large salad for $6.00. The average price for a meal here is about $15.00. the servers are extremely well trained and professional. The restaurant has some views of the marina. There is a full service bar.
Loved this place for 20+years! Try their catch of the day tacos at the resturant bar. Check out the local art and artists in Moss Landing. Lovely place to spend a day.
The food was good, and the wait staff was nice. They took good precautions against the pandemic.
Currently closed (or at least not answering their phone). Normally excellent food and superb margaritas, also normally completely packed with an hour long waiting list.
The food was fast and very tasty!
Good location. Great service. Amazing selection of seafood and Mexican dishes. The breaded and garlic shrimp are delicious.
Good food. Right off the beach. Ray, the owner, is a rockstar. Family friendly. In the middle of the bay. Nice place in general.
The Whole Enchilda is a Monterey County and Moss Landing legend. Right on Hwy 1, access from north and south is easy. The food, atmosphere and food are completely wonderful. The decor is fun and interesting. And as an added bonus, you might run into owner Ray, and he may just hand you a lottery ticket. :)
Delicious food, high quality service, outside dining was superb
Food excellent. My wife had the tacos de la Paz with scallops and I had the fish tacos. Ample portions including beans and rice. Delicious sauces. Salsa quite good with the chips. Flan good but not great. Friendly service. We left full and happy.
Great service best steamers. We always stop in when in the area for the clams.
14.00 for two enchiladas!! 12.00 for 1 enchilada, rice and beans, 9.00 for guacamole,, way over priced!! Dude the food ain't that good, I asked for cheese on my enchiladas, didnt get it...wont be back...way, way over priced...
I love this place great location, good food, great music at the Moss Landing Inn too
My first time and I really liked it. On hwy 1 in Moss Landing, across from the marina. Good size place, out door seating too. Bright colors with waiters wearing starched white shirts and white aprons. Very good Mexican food with some unique dishes. Only I have ever been that had cow tongue on the menu.
The food was mediocre for the price and the service was worse. Do not recommend.
Fabulous food!! One of my favorite places.
Fantastic food and menu. Good drinks, had the tamale, very good
My son and I wanted to eat good, fresh food. We got that there. They had outdoor seating. They also had designated parking for pick up and eat in car orderers. We planned to eat in car. A waiter waked out to take our order. He wasn't trying very hard at all, almost like we owed him something.. it was weird. Other than that, order was brought to our car and we had everything we needed... forks, ketchup and all... Nice area to walk around and hang out while we waited for our dinner. Yummy hot food. It was pretty awesome ! They did take precautions towards the pandemic and everywhere around the outdoor dining and elsewhere around the outer areas of the restaurant were clean and upkept. Nice.
A great place for an authentic Mexican lunch or dinner. Great friendly bar, too.
Very nice decorated inside and beautiful patio. Food is just average at best.
The best is yet to come! We were the first diners to be seated upon reopening. We were very happy that we were able to dine here again after a 3 month break. Everything was delicious, as usual and the service was flawless.
Nice patio good food
